457 Early Withdrawal

I NEED to withdraw some or all of my funds that I have been placing in a deferred compensation fund. I am under 50 years of age and this is not a "hardship" as it is described by the fund manager.

What tax implications am I looking at?

There is about 57,000 in the fund.
