Tedman is on a distinguished road
Default are legal expenses deductible w/ s-corp?

I have an S-corp and just learned I must pay a substantial amount of money to a former client's law firm to settle a lawsuit-
My attorney is asking for an extended "payment plan;" but I need to know if I can deduct these payments over the next 36 months?
Thank you in advance for your help.
