Default w-2 calculation
I am a salaried employee with some pre-tax paycheck deduction such as 401k health, flex HC plan.

I want to setup all my biweekly paycheck in a spreadsheet and estimate my w-2. How is the w-2 calculated for each box. Some of them are easy others not so easy. I am a alabama resident and also have local county tax.
