I have a 401k portfolio with a certain number of mutual funds in it. However my rate of return of the portfolio is always low, is there a way that I can allocate my money to get a higher rate of return for 401k portfolio?

What mutual funds do you have in your portfolio?
There's no exact way to improve your optimization and there's not too many good suggestions. But try wall401k, at least they have strategies available to help you for what you need |

You may want to move into a higher risk category. I'd wait till the economy begins to recover before I'd even consider doing that but I think we are close to the beginning of a recovery cycle. We had to trim the fat. We are lean and mean now.
