Default Selling Home in Under 2 Years - Help

I purchased my home in February of 2005 and shortly after that I met my now fiance. We are planning on getting married in the summer of 2006. She also has a home that she owns. We have decided to move in to her home and sell my home in the next couple months. I will have only owned the home for about 1 year. Am I going to have to pay Capital Gains Taxes on any profit from the sell of my home or does this fall into the Unforseen Circumstances exclusion.

Thanks

Dan
