The assignment of CRM Objects to a an ownership is great! It controls who
sees what and assigns responsibility.

We would like a feature added that will track who assigned the CRM Object to
that user. For example, which of our sales managers did the assignment.

it sounds like you need an auditing solution

search in this group for VAST which is one solution that will track this and
a whole lot more
