I have been downloading OFX files for two years without any problems from Citibank. About a month ago I stopped being able to download from Citibank. It seems like its definitely on their side as it freezes saying "Getting Activity, Just a moment please." I'm currently using MS Money 2005 on Windows XP home. Before 05 I used 03 and have never had a problem downloading before.

I have spoken to Citibank's useless phone tech support and spoke to several indian gentlemen who either can't hear me because of the crappy phone connection, don't understand me, tell me to reboot or (the best yet) just wait and try again later.

In e-mailing to tech support I got a response saying its a problem they are aware of and that they are working on but that their is no timeline for it to be fixed.

I'm just curious if anyone else is having problems downloading statements from Citibank and if anyone has figured any work around.
