I have both Outlook and Business Solutions CRM. However, my CRM e-mail and
Calendar are not shared with my Outlook. How can I merge/synchronize my
e-mail, contacts, calendar etc. between Outlook and Business Solutions CRM?

Thank you!!

Yes. The SFO client allows you to access CRM from within Outlook. It can
also enable the linking of Contacts between CRM & Outlook.
