Default Is Stelco a good deal?

Is Stelco a good buy at $0.11 Canadian? Suppose the company doesn't go bankrupt is this a good deal at $0.11 if you are willing to invest it for the long term say 20 years? I am thinking of buying it for my self directed retirement fund.

I just don't get it, why is the stock keep going down? Its as if people know the company is going to go under.

I thought it was? All the restructuring deals left shareholders out in the cold. It's highly speculative now.

For this type of situation I got help from eCompetitors. Their large number of information resources are quite helpful.
