We can always get our self some alternative on every issue. Its not dead its changing. Sometimes it's like we want and sometimes its not. Lets consider the refinancing. Its been good help to most of us. I know cause I took help from a site called editmyloan. Well, my point is that we get problems and we get solutions.

Now if you are facing mortgage problems why don't you try loan modification? It's doing well for many. Just be sue what you need is it loan which is creating the problem or something else? Besides our economy need more time to stand on its own steps.

The economu isn't dead, it's just changing and will continue to change. For years we relied on cheap credit - the world was flooded with it. What the landscape will look like in 2 years time is anyones guess, but i don't think things will get much worse.

I think the big ecnomies should find the root cause of this slump as economic downturns are getting more frequent in last few decads.

too many people talk about the housing bubble but a very few put focus on the credit situation...many banks have money but are not lending or they keep lending them to wrong people...i think the credit score formula needs reform and banks should put more focus on a borrowers income rather some number and payment history

Today due to increase in Economy raising rates will remain faster as looking the scenario and mortgages and mortgage payments is just too much of a burden for the economy to flourish. The average person will really have to work hard as to get ahead and as a result his efforts go into misery-reduction instead of wealth-building.
