Importing doesn't do anyt

I'm having a problem with the import feature. I downloaded an OFX file for
all 3 accounts at my financial institution. I used File, Import and it asked
me to confirm accounts 1 & 2 but not account number 3. The first two
imported perfectly.
I looked at the file and sure enough the details for account number 3 were
in there. So then I exported account #3 only and tried importing it. It
just comes up and says "import complete". I checked the first transaction in
the file a meal at Pizza Hut and I can see it hasn't imported into any of the
accounts in the "you have n statements to read" list.
My total account balances is not changing so obviously nothing is being
imported.
Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? I assume that something
exists in the file that MSMoney doesn't like so it is ignoring the whole
file. Except for a file imported dialog box does MSMoney have any diagnostic
log that can be turned on?
