Money 2004 PPC Continually Syncs with ActiveSync 3.71 |

I have a Dell Axim X5 (Mobile Pocket PC 2003) with Money 2004 PPC and
ActiveSync 3.71. All of my money accounts syncronize perfectly when I sync up
with ActiveSync on my PC. Once Active Sync has completed synchronizing my
Pocket PC and PC, Money in Activesync still displays "1 file not
synchronized" and continually tries to sync the file. The only way I can stop
this from continually happening in Active Sync is to press the Stop button
(the 1 file is still not synchronized)!
