Print all accounts contact details and balance summary |

Is there a way I can extract and print all my accounts balance and account
contact details.
In Quicken, this was a standard report. I find this useful as I travel a lot
and god forbid but if something were to happen to me, my spouse should know
about my account balances and who to call to manage accounts.

One of the built in reports should do just that. If you're using 2005, you
should switch to advanced reports and it's called Account balances with
details under the Assets and Liabilities section. I forget where it is in
earlier versions, but probably in a similar section.

I have Money 2004. I do not have the option of advanced reports.

That's a good thing all around.
It's still there. Try Reports|Reports Gallery|What I Have|Account Balances.
Check out the customize options, if need be.

I can see the account balance. However there is no option in customising to
see the account contact details like tel no, address, contact person, etc.

Fortunately I still have the older version of Quicken. The only reason I
decided to switch to MS Money was due to the MS Money freeware for PPC. For
Quicken I will have have to pay for the PPC version more than what I pay for
MS Money.
Sigh SIGH --- perhaps in the future version such report will be made
available.
