Try File->PasswordManager.

At the bottom of that page you have:
"As an aside, Passport can be used as nothing more than an
authentication scheme. It is not inherently evil in and of itself and
does not, by itself, put Microsoft in some unique position to access
your Money data or sell your personal information or anything else."
It overlooks that if MS is having problems with their Passport
servers, you can be locked out of your Money file.
http://blogs.pcworld.com/staffblog/archives/000135.html in particular,
but http://www.google.com/search?q=money+passport+lock+out has a ton
of articles relating to it.
It is a *strong* argument to NOT use Passport.

How about:
---
If you or Microsoft has connectivity or service problems with Passport
authentication, it can complicate access to your data. In the summer of
2004, Microsoft made an administrative mistake on their servers that
prevented users from accessing their own data, even off-line, until a
special fix was developed that effected users had to execute off a Microsoft
web page. The better part of a week expired with effected users locked out
of their own data files.

from http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=16?
I think the problem is that there's Passport: Good, Bad, and Ugly in too
many Q&A. I've taken a note to clean this up and get all the Q/A to
reference one that summarizes the Good, Bad, and Ugly. This may take a
while. Maybe on break after xmas?
