What is "money://@surf.mar@" and why does Money 2005 insist on adding it to
my IE Local Intranet Zone during each launch?

(Internet control panel -> Security -> Local Intranet -> Sites -> Advanced)
if you want to verify -- while money is running.

Is this some sneaky method to allow all of their marketing/spyware to pass
unharmed through firewalls or security software, by masking as "local
intranet" site?

Please if anyone can comment... I am concerned that this is a security risk.

If you browse to that location, it starts up Money.

THen try these:
money://@surf.mar@/investing.htm
money://@surf.mar@/ols_accttype.htm?{7F136766-E2F1-43D7-9405-9529D9799376}

It's a mechanism to allow browsing to open Money, and so I guess it's
something to do with how Money is built.

I tried to remove it when Money was running, and Money no longer responded
