I just upgraded to Q 2004 Deluxe. I need to change the financial
institution for one of my mutuals. I have selected the account, have
account attributes open and selected edit account. I put in the correct
name in the financial institution field. When I go to online services,
Quicken tells me it is not available. It is listed under
Online/Participating Financial Institutions, however. There must be another
place to tell Quicken this info but since I'm new to 2004, I'm having a
difficult time finding it. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks, Jim

What is the name of the financial institution, and what type of
download(s) does the Online Participating Financial Institutions
list say they offer?

The institution is Fidelity NetBenifits. I think I have found one of the

problems. I was previously using Q2002 Basic. One of the two 401k accounts
shows up as a 401k in the account attributes but when I select edit account
details it shows up as an IRA in the account type. Is there a way I can
change this account type to 401k? The other one shows as a 401k and I have
successfully selected Fidelity NetBenifits from the Financial Institution
list. Thanks, Jim

I backed up all my accounts and then deleted the 401k accounts and recreated

them with an automatic update from Fidelity NetBenifits. All seems to be
correct now. Thanks for you interest John. Jim
