I own shares of CBA (Brilliance China Automotive). Yesterday right after the market open, its shares were up about 17%. But almost immediately after they spiked, they dropped back down near the opening price and ended the day down just a little bit. I checked - average volume, no block trades, no insider transactions, and no news. Could someone explain to me what happened?
