"Check Stores" button does not work

Hi all,
when I try to get item quantity for each stores defined, I get an error
"Could not contact HQ".

HI,

you can use the HQ Client tab to enable store quantity checks.This port must be identical to the port you define in Headquarters Client, and must be different from the port you are using for communications between Headquarters Server and Headquarters Client.
For example on
HQ Client Configuration >> HQ Server Tab >>Port: 34201
and
HQ Client Configuration >> HQ Client Tab >>Port: 34202
then on
Store Operation Administrator Configuration >> HQ Client Tab>>
Port must be 34202
