Hi,

when i add an article to the KB in CRM and search about it it never appear.
first i press new article then submit then Approve then Publish.

resuts only appears when i restart IIS but sometimes this doesn't work

depending on your servers speed the articles will not appear in a search for
at least 15 minutes

and what is your recommendation for this server cuz this also happen when in
sharepoint i think it is something in WIndows services
