How to personalize form "cancel order" in "orders > cancel order".

In crm tools only can personalize order form???

The form itself is not customizable in a supported way. What exactly do you
want to modify?

In the field "reason for the state" it only appears a value: "without
money", it wanted that they appeared but values in th picklist.

I don't think there is a way to edit the reason area. If there is I've been unable to do it and would like some help as well.
