Unable to see updated values in CRM

I added some new values to a form and saved it but they don't show up
in CRM. I'm probably missing a simple step and need to know what that
step is. Any help is appreciated.

you need to publish the object in deployment manager than issue an IISRESET
command

Thank you John, that answers my question. I'm now getting the dreaded
snap-in errors that people seem to get when running the tool. It seems
like I'm going to have to give the user who did the CRM install a
license from another user since we are using them all so I can run the
tool. That is unless someone knows how to use the deployment manager
without using the installer login. My login should have full rights on
the domain, SQL server database file and also has the admin role in CRM.
