"Preparing to Install" Message

"Preparing to Install" Message

2005 Premium. When I attempt to back up my file, a box appears that says
"Preparing to Install". Then another message comes up "Quicken installation
has detected an open Quicken Application. Please close the application and
try again". I click "OK" on this message and it comes up two more times and
I click "OK" again and again. Then everything works fine. I'm wondering why
these messages come up and what I can do to stop them. Any help would be
appreciated.

Some people have reported success by quitting out of Quicken while
leaving the install dialog open, then inserting the Quicken CD and
letting it run its course.
