Hi all.

Does anyone know how to copy all CRM contacts into Outlook Contacts? Is this
done by synchronization or I need to do manually? And when I want to send an
CRM email in Outlook Client, I click "To" , then choose Show name from the:
"All Contacts", I don't see any contact in the list. Does anyone know why?
How can I see them?

Thank for any help,
DK.

Hi DK.

To move your CRM contacts into Outlook, you should create of view in CRM of
the contacts that you want to migrate and then export them to Excel by
clicking the Excel logo in the top right corner of the view list. You can
then import them into Outlook using the import tool. You will need to go
thru the custom mapping process to get all of the data into the correct
fields.

If you are using the Sales for Outlook Client, all new CRM Contacts that you
create should be available in both Outlook Contacts and CRM Contacts.

To change the default address book in Outlook, click Tools | Address Book |
Tools | Options.

If you are using a local .pst file to store contacts, and would like them to
show up in your Address Book you should (in Outlook's navigation pane) click
the folder that represents your pst file, click Contacts. Under My Contacts,
right-click the Contacts folder you want to view in the address book, and
then click Properties on the shortcut menu. Click the Outlook Address Book
tab, and make sure that the "Show this folder as an e-mail address book"
check box is selected. If the check box is unavailable, you need to add the
Outlook Address Book to your profile.

How are you connected to Exchange?
Hope this helps.

Thanks Bullitt for the first issue of importing all CRM contacts idea.

For the second issue that I want to see all contact in the "All Contacts"
list whent I want to send CRM-Email, I use an Exchange Server mailbox, so I
don't use the pst file. How can I do?

Thank you for help,
DK.
