Wasn't it amazing that this issue was neglected for almost 4 month?

no, not at all.... they/them were waiting for folks to become disgusted and
sell out

Volume: 218,829
Avg Vol (3m): 6,074.24
today's volume up around 36x the 3mo. ave. ?
anytime theere's a worthwhile event, the volume spikes... buy & selling is
not really a problem
at the nominal price of 45 cents, at half of the past 3month's average you
could have bought $1350 worth (3000 shares) of this issue per day with nary
a problem. Given that for every buyer there must be a seller, at 218,000
shares traded today, 109,000 shares were sellers....
how big a player are you?

Hi, ausound!
In retrospect your statistics sound fine, I may have been talking in
"generalities"
specifically about those (.ob) stocks. When I tried buying this issue
(at my price!)
I could only get it in 'drips and drabs.' 100 here 300 there and so it
went. Sure,
if I had payed 20% more then I could have bought a few thousand shares
right away.
Speaking from my experience (.ob) stocks cannot be bought in large
amounts >10 K
shares w/o unduly influencing the price. Others may have different
experiences.
Anyhow, I like your posts, Bruno |
