Is it possible to edit the expense categories besides doing the "Remove
Unused Categories" button?

I'm using 2006 Premium. I got to them by highlighting my paycheck and
clicking on "see payee details" and then i was able to click on
categories...is there an easier way?

Yes. Go to Categories&Payees. How you get there varies with version.
Select Categories and then select a particular category. Note the
