URGENT: Deployment Manager, Workflow, Exchange Router |
|
|
We had an OS failure on our CRM server. We installed a clean OS, and left
the App partition. I then installed CRM 1.2 over the original directory.
After this almost everything works fine. Users have had no problem, all tabs
are working, etc.
However, I am having three issues. If I try to view the Users in Deployment
Manager, I get the following error when clicking on our Organization:
"The server localhost is not responding. This might happen if it is
currently unavailable..." Most of you probably know the rest.
Next issue I found is if I go to any of the Workflow components and try to
open, I receive:
"The specified Microsoft CRM server is not responding. This might happen..."
My final issue is when I try to install the Exchange connector on the
exchange server, after I specify the server and URL, I receive the following:
"One or more of the Microsoft CRM servers you listed is invalid or you do
not have administrator priveleges on that server..."
I have tried all suggestions I've seen on this site for all three issues.
Headers, file permissions, winreg permissions, etc. I'm signed in as the
same user for everything. This user is a Domain Admin, Local Admin, and has
a CRM license and Admin privilegess. I've had no luck and I'm getting a lot
of grief because of the amount of time I'm spending on this. Any insight
would be appreciated beyond belief. Thanks!
