I have been using CRM for several month without problems. Now CRM will not
send email. The event log gives the following error message:

MSCRM Platform Error Report:

error occurred attempting to dispatch the email : A SOAP error occurred:

</description></error>'</details><file>D:\CRM\Core\src\platform\include\proxy\proxyutil.h</file><line>47</line>

Error Message: An unexpected error occurred.

Error Details: An error occurred attempting to dispatch the email : A SOAP
error occurred: '80070005Access is denied.
'

Source File: D:\CRM\Core\src\platform\include\proxy\proxyutil.h

Line Number: 47

Stack Trace Info: at System.Web.UI.Page.HandleError(Exception e)

at
System.Web.CallHandlerExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication+IExecutionStep.Execute()
at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean&

Does anybody have any suggestions?
Thanks

Double check the Virtual Diretory on your Exchange servers called
MSCRMServices (or something like that). It should be est to allow Anonymous
Login.

Thanks Matt.
I have checked the Virtual Director and the only service listed is
MSCRMConnector. "Allow Anonymous Connections" is checked. Other Ideas?

Have there been any changes made on the Exchange server? Like enabling SSL
or something like that?
