Anyone recommend a Trust for a Self Directed Real Estate IRA |

I am looking to set up a self directed IRA Trust to purchase
real estate. Anyone recommend any?
Initially the trust will have less than $50,000.
Is there a way to have checkbook privileges where I can
write/deposit checks without pay a fee each time?
