Allen,
By "pull transactions" I assume you mean your bank supports direct download
into Money. If this is correct, then the answer to your question is no.
You can still associate your bank account in Money with the bill pay account
using transfers. In other words, pay out of your bill pay account then
transfer the same amount from your bank account to the bill pay account when
the payment clears. This lets you use MSN Billpay and still account for the
debits from your bank account.
