I am looking for software to run my business finances and to work with my
acountant for tax time. How does Money compare to something like Quick
Books?

That's a little too complicated for me. I'm not an accountant.

Money 2006 Small Business does not directly compare to QuickBooks.
But you might want to look at Microsoft Small Business Accounting:

..

..
The company that makes QuickBooks, Intuit, has another product that is comparable to Money, it's
Quicken. If you want something comparable to QuickBooks for doing payroll, and running a business,
they there's Small Business Accounting 2006. If that's too complicated, you might look at Microsoft
Small Business Financials. I couldn't really find a comparison of the two applications, but it is
another offering. But if you're really wanting to use a Microsoft equivalent of QuickBooks, then
SBAccounting is the one.
