Head of Household? |

As an American living overseas for some time now, I do not
know what filing status I can use. My wife is a German
national and my daughter doesn't qualify for American
citizenship either. So can I file as Head of Household
anyway? I was the only one with income and paid everything.
Does my daughter qualify as a dependant anyway? What about
my wife?
