For the third week running the Fabian criterion says "sell" US stocks
and funds. The criterion for "sell" is that both the Dow and the S&P500
indices are below their 39-week Simple Moving Averages.

They are now 2.7% and 1.7% respectively below their MAs.

Add new money on S&P500 dips below 1800, like right now.

Are you sure it was 1800?

Perhaps he meant 1200, but it has been below that since October 6, which

was 18 days ago. When does a dip stop being a dip? How often do you buy
on it and how much do you buy?
