how to - recent performance reports? |
|
|
I HATE QUICKEN....ok, that felt better.
I had no probs working with Quicken 2000,
and then was forced to upgrade... for online quote support.
Now I've been running Quicken 2004 for awhile...
mostly use it for tracking stocks and mutual funds.
However - being a spreadsheet kind of guy,
I really hate the lack of simple reports
that basically mimic what the screen display is showing.
All I want, is to view a display, and then be able to print it.
No fancy can'd reports or re-customizing....
ie - on my Schwab accout, which has all my stocks,
I can ....... go to the Summary tab for the account,
and then view Recent Performance or the Historic Performance.
This is nice, as you can see the gain/loss for 1-month, 3-month, 12-month
BUT can't seem to get this info printed on any report - really dumb design -

I don't have Q2004, but as far as I know, everything you see on
the Summary tab for the account regarding performance can be
viewed on the Portfolio tab in the Investing Center ... and
printed.

thanks as always - got it, and the "print summary" to get to the printing |
options...
it's just not obvious what Quicken wants at times -

Thanks for pointing out my laziness. I should have realized
that Quicken would print the Summary tab just as it would the
Portfolio tab. I just got tired and didn't even check it out.
